Being healthy is the top priority, but I am sure you want to be the weight or size you want to be...so I can see not being satisfied with the scale. Is it simply that you are gaining muscle? Or maybe you need to change up the workouts so that you are focusing on different muscles. So i changed my focus from focusing on the scale to how I feel and working out to lose weight to working out because it makes me feel good. Don't discount health issues, of course. I hope you get answers from the specialist. I had a post similar to this one and someone reminded me that no matter what the scale says, it's good that you're doing things like exercising regularly to improve your health and longevity for a lifetime! :) I'm so frustrated, too.
